This hearty chili recipe is simply expanded upon a family favorite... Hot enough to clear your sinuses, it won't be too hot to handle as long as you have the shredded cheese and cinnamon rolls... Oh those cinnamon rolls, an essential part of eating chili! The longer you stew this chili in the crock pot, the better it will be...

Pizza for breakfast? Why not? It's especially tasty when topped with a sunny-side-up egg and veggies. Quarter or halve the recipe for just one or two pizzas, and try shredded part-skim mozzarella instead of feta, if you like.

We live 10 hours away from the Miles Inn and Charlie Boys are one thing we really miss.  One year while planning to head to the Miles Inn for a Charlie Boy and schooner over Christmas, a big storm hit.  Dejected we tried to make our own Charlie Boys, we got close.  This recipe is in no way to take away from the delicious little sandwiches at the Miles Inn.  They are almost as good, but still missing something.  If you are anywhere near Sioux City just go to the Miles Inn for a Charlie Boy and schooner, they are cheap and damn they are good, and I'd eat one there vs. making my own any day.
