Mini Ham Puffs

1 package 2.5 ounce processed ham, chopped (three slices)

1 small onion, chopped - about 1/4 cup

1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese

1 egg

1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 package 8 ounce refridgerated crescent rolls

Methods/steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Finely chop ham and onion.

3. Add cheese, egg, mustard and pepper.

4. Mix well.

5. Lightly spray mini muffin pan with vegetalbe oil.

6. Unroll crescent rolls and press dough into one large rectangle. Cut into 24 pieces unsing a pizza cutter.

7. Press dough pieces into muffin cups. Shape with mini tart shaper dipped in flour.

8. Fill each muffin cup with filling.

9. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until browned.

Additional Tips
Doesn't look like enough filling, but the puffs and filling rise and it's just right!
