Rhubarb Jam

  • 5 or 6 cups rhubarb, sliced
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 - 3 ounce package strawberry jello¬†
Methods/steps
  1. 1. Mix rhubarb and sugar together and let stand until juice forms.2. Boil 15 minutes.3. Remove from heat and stir in strawberry jell-o until dissolved.4. Freeze.
Additional Tips
I use 6 cups because we like the jam, not so sweet.
