Cucumber-Dill Appetizer

1 8 ounce package cream cheese

1 package Italian dressing

cukes

dill weed

white bread

Methods/steps

1.  Soften cream cheese and mix with Italian dressing.

2. Cut circles out of the bread with something about the size of a soup can, or you can use an empty soup can. 

3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bread, top with a cuke and sprinkle with dill weed.  Enjoy!

Additional Tips

Use the leftover bread to make croutons, bread pudding, egg casserole, stuffing or whatever you would like...

 

If you have a large slice of bread you can get two circles out on one slice.
