  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • salt & pepper to tast
  • e1 can sweetened condensed milk
  •  Sauce:
  • 2 cups ketsup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 tesapoons liquid smoke
  • 3/4 cup water   
Methods/steps
  1. Mix beef, oatmeal, eggs, salt, pepper and milk.
  2. Form into balls.
  3. Place into greased 9 X 13 pan. For easier clean-up, line the pan with foil.
  4. Bring sauce to a simmer, 9 to 12 minutes.
  5. Pour over raw meatballs and refridgerate overnight.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
