No-Fry Potatoes

Pam no-stick cooking spray

4 large baking potaoes, scrubbed (4 large = about 3 pounds)

seasonings of choice

Methods/steps

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.

3. Cut each potato into 8 wedges, rinse with cold water.

4. Arrange on prepared pan.

5. Sprinkle with seasoningsof your choice, such as salt, pepper, cajun seasoning or garlic salt.

6. Spray evenly with cooking spray.

7. Bake 40-50 minutes until cooked through, turning and respraying with cooking spray every 15 minutes until crisp.
