  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 package of 12 tortillas
Methods/steps
  1. Cream the cream cheese and sour cream, add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Spread thinly on tortilla.
  3. Roll up like a jelly roll.
  4. Let chill in refridgerator for about 1 hour.
  5. Then cut into 1/2 to 1 1/2 inch slices, depending on how thick you want them.
