Italian Beef Wraps (with Roasted Asparagus)

2 Tablespoons miracle whip

1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasonings

1 large (10"-11") flour tortilla

1 leaf romaine lettuce

2 thin slices mozarella, cheddar or provolone cheese

2 thin slices shaved roast beef (about 2 ounces)

2 large pieces prepared red pepper, well drained

4 asparagus spears, roasted

Methods/steps

1. To roast the asparagus, place on foil lined cookie sheet. Spray with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and sesame seeds.

2. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, turning once about half way through.

3. For the wrap: Combine miracle whip and Italian seasoning.

4. Layer lettuce, cheese and meat.

5. Place red pepper pieces near center of meat.

6. Top with roasted asparagus.

7. Roll up. Cut in half diagonally to serve.

Additional Tips
The roasted asparagus is also good as a vegetable with your meal.
