  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • raisens
  • bread crusts
  • cinnamon
Methods/steps
  1. In a 2 quart casserole bowl, beat the eggs.
  2. Add milk, vanilla, sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add raisens.
  4. Break up bread crusts and add to mixture.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  6. Bake about 30-34 minutes or until center is set.
Additional Tips
How long it bakes will depend on what kind of bowl you use and how thick the mixture is.
