Spaghetti Sauce

1 pound hamburger, browned with onion

1 8 ounce can tomato sauce

1 6 ounce can tomato paste

2 Tablespoons catsup

2 cans mushrooms

1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds

1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 Tablespoon soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

2 Tablespoons red table wine

dash of tabasco

Methods/steps

1. Brown hamburger with onions, add rest of ingredients and simmer until ready to eat.

2. Cook your favorite spaghetti according to the package.

3. Serve spaghetti and sauce separately.

Additional Tips
An interesting tidbit, I've read that you get the most benefit out of your onion if you chop it and let it set for 5 to 10 minutes before browning or using it.
