  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 (16 oz) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 (16 oz) can corn
  • 2 cups brown rice, cooked
Methods/steps
  1. Brown ground turkey with onion. Drain.
  2. Add basil and garlic. Add tomatoes, Celtic sea salt if desired, and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Add corn and cooked brown rice. Heat thoroughly.
