Easy fajita seasoning recipe-tastes just like the seasoning packet!

  • 1 teaspoon pure chile powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Methods/steps
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a ziploc baggie.
Additional Tips

Can be used as a marinade for chicken or steak fajitas. Just place strips of (1 lb) chicken or steak in baggie, making sure they are thoroughly covered, and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Heat on a skillet with some onions, green peppers and garlic until cook through. Serve with warm tortillas and all the fixin's for an easy meal!
