Eggnog Fondue

  • 2 cups Eggnog
  • 4 TBSP Cognac, rum, OR whiskey
  • 3 TBSP cornstarch
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Goodies for dipping
Methods/steps
  1. Heat eggnog and 2 TBSP Cognac in fondue pot over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining Cognac and cornstarch.
  3. Pour into fondue pot and mix well.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg, as desired.
  6. Serve warm with fruit, graham crackers, marshmallows, angel food cake, etc.
Additional Tips

Be careful not to overheat!
