Easy no-bake yummy treat.

  • 4- 4 1/2 cups of oatmeal, I like to use old fashioned
  • 1/2 cups raisins
  • 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cups coconut
  • 1/2 cups chopped nuts (I usually don\'t add them)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup white syrup
  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  1. In a mixing bowl put 4 cups oatmeal and rest of dry ingredients.
  2. In a 3 cup microwavable cup put 1/2 cup of honey and 1/2 cup of white syrup
  3. and add 1 cup of peanut butter, microwave for 10 seconds, only to warm it up so you can mix it (all micros are different so maybe you will have to have it a few more seconds)
  4. Pour liquid over the oatmeal mixture and mix, it is very stiff and gets hard to stir (John always mixes it for me) You don\'t want it so moist it doesn\'t hold its shape when you pick it u[, but should not be too dry that it falls apart, not really so hard to figure out. If you maybe have to add a little more oatmeal, that is okay, that is why I start with 4 cups adding more if need. Press in a 9x13 pan and press it down really hard, I use a large Spatula, Johns sister uses a little rolling pin to press it down. Cool them in fridge for a while and cut and put in Baggies or containers. Enjoy!!!
