  • 2 cups All-Bran cereal
  • 1/2 cup molasses (I use Brer Rabbit Full Flavor)
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup seedless raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts 
Methods/steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put bran, molasses and milk in bowl; let stand.
  3. Mix dry ingredients together.
  4. Beat egg into bran mixture; add raisins and nuts.
  5. Add dry ingredients; stir just until mixed.
  6. Put into 12 greased muffin tins.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
