Carrot Casserole

  • 5 cups cooked carrots
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • crushed conrnflake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Methods/steps
  1. Saute onions in butter.
  2. Make 2 layers-place 1/2 carrots in buttered casserole. Then 1/2 the cornflakes, pour on 1/2 onion and butter.
  3. Put other halves in and top with cheese.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
