  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pamesan cheese
Methods/steps
  1. Mix all ingredients, except parmesan cheese, and put in 9 X 13 pan.
  2. Top with 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
