Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

16 to 20 spears

1 pound asparagus

10 strips bacon, cut in half

 

Methods/steps

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Wash and trim asparagus.

3. Wrap 1/2 strip bacon around each asparagus spear, leaving tip and end exposed.

4. Lay on a foil lined 11X14 pan with sides.

5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until bacon is cooked in a 400 degree oven.

6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
