Pistachio Salad

  • 1 8 ounce cool whip
  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 small can crushed pinepple and juice
Methods/steps
  1. Fold dry pudding mix into the whipped topping.
  2. Add pineapple and juice.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Additional Tips
May also add marachino cherries (cut up), mini marshmalllows, dates (cut up) and/or nuts. Whatever you would like. Variation: 1 cup creamed cottage cheese. Or substitute lemon or vanilla pudding mix with other fruits of your choice or canned apricots for a delicious change.
