Bacon-Cheese Sandwiches

Description A broiled sandwich.

12 sandwiches

1/2 pound American cheese

5 slices raw bacon ( 1/2 pound)

1/2 small onion

1 teaspoon mustard

little pepper for flavor

Methods/steps

1. Grind cheese, raw bacon and onion.

2. Add mustard and pepper and mix thoroughly.

3. Toast bread on one side, use rusk buns or 1/2 of a regular bun.

4. Spread mixture on untoasted side.

5. Broil about 10 minutes or until browned.

6. Serve at once!
