  • pita bread
  • hummus
  • chopped olives
  • sprouts, spinach or lettuce
  • red onion, sliced
  • crumbled feta cheese
Methods/steps
  1. Cut open pita bread and open pockets.
  2. Smear hummus on the inside of the pockets.
  3. Fill each pocket with olives, sprouts, onions, feta cheese, etc.
Additional Tips

Make your own hummus for less than store bought!
