2 3/4 cups
  • 2 cups black olives
  • 3 tablespoons drained capers
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon fresh thyme, or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper
Methods/steps
  1. In a food processor, pulse all ingredients to a coarse puree.
Additional Tips

Traditionally served with crusty bread. Capers can be found next to the olives at your local grocery store.
