  • 1 cup dry oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Methods/steps
  1. Mix together all the ingredients. It takes a little time and some elbow grease, but you want to make sure everything is mixed together really well. This helps for forming the balls later.
  2. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter.
  4. Refigerate!
