Finger Jello

Description A fun salad for kid's to make!

3 small packages jello

4 envelopes Knox gelatin

4 cups water

2 teaspoons lemon juice

 

Methods/steps

1.  Boil the jello, gelatin and water until all jello and gelatin are dissolved.

2.  Add 2 teaspoons lemon juice.

3.  Put in 9 X 13 pan.

4.  Let set to chill and thicken.

5.  Cut with mini cookie cutters or cut into squares.

Additional Tips

A new version on the jello box called "Jigglers"

Add 2 1/2 cups boiling water to 4 packages (3 ounce each)

gelatin mixes; stir 3 minutes until completely dissolved. 

 (Do not add cold water.)

Pour into 9 x 13 pan. 

Refridgerate 3 hours or until firm.

Cut into shapes.  Enjoy!
