  • Crust:
  • 12 double graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Filling:
  • 2 packages instant pudding ( chocolate, lemon etc.)
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 8 ounce cool whips
  • 4 butterfingers candy bars
Methods/steps
  1. Mix crust ingredients and press in 9 x13 pan.
  2. Beat together milk and puddings.
  3. Add ice cream, which was softened but not runny.
  4. Pour over crumbs.
  5. Top with cool whip.
  6. Chill and crush butterfingers and sprinkle on top.
  7. Do not freeze but chill in refrigerator.
  8. May be made ahead and changes favors easily.
