  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (3-1/4 ounce) can tuna
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 teaspoons diced pimento
  • Cooked noodles
  • Chopped fresh parsley
Methods/steps
  1. Cook noodles and drain.
  2. In a sauce pan, sauté onion in butter until tender.
  3. Stir in flour, forming a smooth paste; cook and stir about one minute.
  4. Gradually stir in milk.
  5. Add bouillon, salt and pepper; cook until thickened.
  6. Stir in tuna, cooked noodles,peas and pimentos; heat through.
  7. Serve garnished with parsley.
