How to roast a thawed turkey.Figure 1 hour for the first pound and 25 minutes for each additional pound.  Put turkey in pan.  Add 1/2 inch of water.  Cover pan with foil, tent it over the bird.Bake 350 degrees, last hour uncover and let brown.
