Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

8 medium potatoes

3/4 cup warm milk

1 cup sour cream

4 ounces cream cheese

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt

1/4 cup instant onion

Butter

Methods/steps

1. Cook and salt potatoes. Drain and mash with 3/4 cup warm milk.

2. Blend: 1 cup sour cream, 4 ounces cream cheese, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt and 1/4 cup instant onion.

3. Mix altogether and add to mashed potatoes.

4. Put in buttered casserole dish.

5. Dot with butter.

6. Refridgerate and then when ready, bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
