3 cups cut rhubarb

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 tablespoons flour

a sprinkle of cinnamon

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup flour

Methods/steps

1. Put rhubarb in a greased 9 X 9 glass pan.

2. Mix together the eggs, sugar and flour.

3. Pour over rhubarb and sprinkle with cinnamon.

4. For the top: mix butter, brown sugar and flour and put over rhubarb.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour until brown.

Additional Tips
This may be used with apples, peaches or any other fruit.
