Hot Fudge Sauce

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons cocoa

4 teaspoons cornstarch

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon butter

 

Methods/steps

1. Mix sugar, cocoa and cornstarch.  Crush out all the lumps!

2. Gradually add the milk.

3. Boil until thick.

4. Then add vanilla and butter.

Additional Tips
Very good hot fudge sauce for over ice cream!
