Angel Lush with Pineapple

Description Easy dessert that looks really yummy!

1 package (4 serving size) Jello vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

1 cup thawed cool whip whipped topping

1 prepared round angel food cake

1 cup fresh mixed seasonal berries and fresh pineapple


1. Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.

2. Cut cke horizontally into 3 layers.

3. Place bottom cake layer on serving plate; top with 1/3 of the pudding mixture.

4. Repeat layers 2 times.

5.Refridgerate at least 1 hour.

6. Top with beries & fresh pineapple just before serving.

7. Store leftovers in refridgerator, if there are any.

Additional Tips

Tip to cut cake: use toothpicks to mark cake into 3 layers. Then cut using a serrated knife in sawing motion.

Can decorate the top of the cake with the fruit or decorate the slices on the plate.
